A primary means of restoring the body’s capacity for deeply satisfying pleasure and sex is restoring inner vaginal sensitivity.
Using the pleasure egg as a point of contact, we’ll explore how internal pleasure can gradually awaken and deepen.
This is not about "getting somewhere".
It’s about softening into sensation and allowing the body to come more alive.

Your drilled pleasure egg (purchase here)

String for your egg — plain dental floss works beautifully (I’ve happily used it for years), or you can use silk string if you prefer. Here's the brand I've used. We'll string your egg together!

A private, comfortable space

A place to recline or lie down

A note about the experience
This is a private, guided practice. You’ll participate from a comfortable, private space with your camera off and microphone muted as I guide you step by step.
We’ll take plenty of time to settle into the body before working with the pleasure egg vaginally. You can ask questions at any point.
